One Ocean Residences

Situated in the “South of Fifth” neighborhood of Miami Beach, this project was designed to create a urban retreat for its residents. The pool deck and the promenade were reconfigured from the original design to address issues with site drainage, maintenance, and usability of the various spaces. We created functional and aesthetically pleasing amenity spaces for the residents and public to enjoy.
