This Co-Working / Hospitality project is located in the Financial District of Manhattan, NY. The Co-Working terrace on the 6th floor and the rooftop garden on the 17th Floor are regularly used by members and guests to congregate and interact in the highly programmed spaces. Planting was designed to attract butterflies, bees, and birds, while functional built-in benches, custom desks, and lighting were functionally designed to use the space.
